Nathaniel S. Wasserstein

In addition to being a general practioner at NS Wasserstein & Associates, PLLC, I own and manage Lindenwood Associates, a strategic development and restructuring advisory firm helping owners of small to medium sized businesses navigate through times of change, redirection, and financial distress. 

So I'm not your typical attorney because I've owned, managed and advised businesses for almost two decades. 

Although a general practicioner, providing many legal services, most of my clients are entrepreneurs with emerging companies.  And entrepreneurs require specialized legal services in many areas from owner relations, employment and customer issues, to competition and intellectual property protection.  

I'm a trustee on a number of non-profit boards both locally and nationally.   My other interests include fly-fishing, mixed martial arts and sprint triathlons.....but not all at the same time. :)
