Margaret Ann Porcelli

A  focused, tenacious and dedicated litigator. As a former prosecutor in Bronx County New York, she successfully prosecuted many major felony cases, including several high profile homicides. Following her career in the public sector, she became senior trial counsel to several nationwide insurance carriers trying high exposure liability matters throughout the trial courts of New York. Ms. Porcelli is also a seasoned negotiator and has successfully resolved a wide variety of civil cases in alternate dispute forums. She has had leadership roles in both the corporate and public sector mentoring and training staff, and has been a panelist speaker on several panels for continuing legal education training.
