Andrew worked with my husband and I from the start. He explained everything and was very patient with us. He endured we were comfortable with the entire buying process and ensure we always got the best deal. He even included a corona virus clause where our Ernest money would be returned if any party ...lost their job. I highly recommend Andrew as he is highly professional and excellent at hills job!!!!

I hired Andrew Cohen as my real-estate Lawyer for my home purchase in 2013. Working with him was absolutely awful. He was inattentive, and missed some very important issues within the contract. At closing he seemed more concerned with his Vacation and scoffed at me for reading over the paperwork. He... was unwilling to offer any assistance once issues arose after closing. I would not recommend him.

I have used Andy many times over the last 25 years on multiple home purchases. Andy and his staff are beyond competent, informative and helpful. He is the kind of attorney that will work to make your deal happen, but won't hesitate to tell you when to leave the deal on the table when things don't... add up. Wouldn't use anyone else. He is the go to guy for real estate transactions.
