He was awful. Said to call anytime, failed to mentioned he kept his cell phone mailbox full at all times. Try his office and he never calls back. Office staff, part timer can only answer phones, full timer has to run everything by him but is very good at stalling and having you call and go to the off...ice 10 times to get what you need. Showed up 30 minutes late for court so the judge started without him. Never called me back or met with me before court so I had no idea what was going on and then he's late and I got slammed. After replacing him I send two certified letters and made 6 phone calls to get back the rest of my retainer. I was ignored. Finally I contacted the NYS GrievanceComm. (another certified letter) Then 4 weeks later I received my check. I guess he thinks he's smart he dated the check two days before the grievance comm got my letter but it wasn't mailed for 3 weeks so I know the check was back dated to try and cover himself. Stay away from him at all costs.
