Alysia was recommended to me, she seemed like she would be a good attorney, however, after the $300 consultation I called the office to see how much she would be to retain and no one called me back. I called again and left a message. Her assistant called me back and said she was going to be on vaca...tion and had too many trials to really give me the time and focus mine deserved. She couldn't take my case. I feel they should ask for the dates on the phone before the consult so they can determine if their available before meeting with you and wasting everyone's time.

I contacted this attorney to handle and upcoming matter I had, paid for the consultation in which I was told she would be able to take my case. Her office never returned phone calls and then she went on vacation. When she returned after still waiting to hear about how she was going to handle my cas...e that was in roughly 2 weeks, I was told by a secretary that she would call me back that day. She did not, then the next day, i heard from another secretary telling me that unfortunately because she was too busy, she wouldn't be able to take on my case as she wouldn't have time to prepare. Time to prepare? I contacted her months ago and was simply waiting for the retainer amount so that I could legally have files transferred to her office. It was unprofessional to leave a message of this nature on a voice mail and to not evaluate her calendar and responsibilities before agreeing to take on a new client.
