I approached Mr. Virasin with my immigration case. We are a same sex couple seeking a K-1 visa. We had been denied once and were facing a second denial. We received a NOID (notice of intent to deny) on the second application. We were told by many people that this is almost impossible to overturn.... I used a different attorney for our first K-1 attempt. That did not go well. I was searching for someone special this time. Someone with knowledge of the system. Not just someone who would help me complete forms or farm me out to office staff. My spouse is Thai. I am a US citizen. Mr. Virasin went to law school in the US and has a US law degree.
