We hired Mr. Robert Virasin to lead our application for a US spousal visa for my wife. She is a Myanmar citizen and was staying in Thailand at the time. Neither of us had much knowledge of the application process. Robert handled each step and gave clear instructions when we needed to submit suppo...rting documents. Robert made the whole process very easy on our end. What I personally liked about working with Robert was his responsiveness. Of course, my wife and I had countless questions along the way, and through a designated chat and email, Robert was very quick to reply. During working hours, usually within minutes! Ultimately, Robert and his team put together all the justification needed, and when my wife walked into the interview, they only asked a few friendly questions, and she was approved. Overall the service we received was very professional, and we are delighted with the outcome!

While in Thailand I spoke to 3 different visa businesses before talking with a representative in Roberts employ. It was always difficult to understand the process because they didn't speak english very well and the translation, done by my wife, was little assistance because she isn't fluent. We alw...ays left with my wife expressing her doubts about the legitimacy of those businesses. Robert's staff answered all our questions clearly and he was always available to answer any legal questions and advise us on how to proceed. In short, he did wha he said he would do! My wife and I met all the qualifications necessary to get a marriage visa. How ever, that doesn't matter without knowledgeable representation. The combination of our qualifications, my wife's ceasless preparation and Robert's expertise and staff account for being awarded a visa! Micheal

Robert performed 99% of the work needed for my wife’s visa and her two daughters. This was essential due to my varying work hours in the USA and her work hours in Thailand. The fact that he speaks multiple languages was integral throughout the process. After failing our first attempt by ourselves w...e decided to hire an attorney. Robert and his staff were excellent. They worked well communicating with my fiancé in Thailand and myself. This was all done amidst COVID, yet they continued to work diligently to get us an interview and eventual visa to USA.
