Bench trial before Judge Barch in Winnebago County Circuit Court over a Motor Fuel Supply Agreement under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act (PMPA), in which his client won a judgment on its breach ... of contract claim and defeated the Defendants’ counterclaim, winning compensatory damages, fees and costs.
