I represent parents in education matters, including special education and related disability issues, discipline, and bullying in New York State outside New York City and Long Island. I serve as an impartial hearing officer in New York City and Long Island so I do not accept clients in those areas.
I have my own child with a developmental disability, and I teach a graduate course in education law at New York University. I have conducted Continuing Education programs for attorneys, advocates, doctors, parents, and others for Pace School of Law, New York State Bar Association, PLI, COPAA, and other organizations.
