Jennifer A. Pasquantonio

Ms. Pasquantonio practices Bankruptcy and she is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately if you are her client, and you tell her your wishes, and it conflicts with what she may want to do, well let's just say that your wishes as a client, are a secondary issue with Ms. Pasquantonio. I had a situation where... I did not want my car to be part of the Bankruptcy, well now she had to sign a statement to the car company. The point here is ,she did not sign, nor did she ever divulge this information to the client. In other words she did what she wanted to do, not what the client asked her to do. She felt it was in her best interest to ignore the client. However, she also neglected to inform the client. If she did, I might have accepted it, or not. If not, I might have hired another attorney. I guess then she would not collect her fee. Either way she never gave me the opportunity to know and make a decision. This ended up causing me huge issues latter on, which she knew would happen. In addition, when I attempted to contact her when I found out a year after the fact, she never took my calls, or e-mails. If you want a lawyer that you cannot trust, a layer that works in her own interests, well then Jennifer Pasquantonio is the right lawyer for you!! I would not recommend her to a dog. I happen to respect animals!!
