After receiving a statutory demand to enforce it ... s lien, the contractor filed suit to foreclose its mechanics lien against our client on last permissible day. The contractor’s suit was filed using a similar but legally incorrect name. Our client filed suit to have the lien removed. The court granted the client summary judgment dismissing the contractor’s case, voiding the lien and awarding our client its costs and attorney’s fees.
