I hired Mr. Perrone for a DWI charge I was facing in a small town court in Westchester County. I already had a previous DWI and the prosecution would not come off anything less then a criminal conviction and DWI probation. Apparently this was made worse by the fact that I had refused any type of bl...ood alcohol tests mainly due to the behavior of the police. Mr. Perrone recommended we take the case to the pre-trial hearings stage. During these hearings he attacked each of the prosecutions witnesses with the ferociousness of a lion attacking its prey. After all was said and done I ended up with no probation, no criminal conviction and no interlock device.

I was charged with a Felony out of a small jurisdiction in Westchester County. I was innocent, and I had not been in trouble in almost 30 years, but because of a conviction in the early 1980’s, when I was 17, the prosecutor would not offer any deal or listen to any facts.
