John J. Halloran Jr

John Halloran's practice focuses on civil litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on international cases and controversies. As a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, he represented the United States in landmark civil litigation throughout the nation, including cases involving bank fraud, money laundering, and constitutional law.
