Got a speeding ticket in Chappaqua/Pleasantville, NY area - where the courts are supposedly pretty unforgiving. A few months ago, I got caught in a speed trap coming off of exit 8 of IT-287. I was extremely distraught since I also received a cell phone ticket in NYC from a year ago.
