Estimably professional

Both partners have been first class both professionally and humanly at all times in their successful handling of our case. Vital advice has always been given promptly and sympathetically, and all projected outcomes have been achieved Highly recommended with no reservations.

Highly recommended

Mr Guttridge, Joanne Cambareri and his team are the complete opposite of the term "scumbag lawyer." All hands are on deck when you are wise enough to hire their services. If you don't receive a callback immediately on daily issues in your case don't distress. The only reason the callback has not been... returned is because they haven't received an answer from others. They refuse to charge you to only state that they are waiting for others to provide them with answers. Believe me it was important "THEY WOULD CALL YOU." As sad as it may sound, truth be told , John and Joanne reinstated my children into my lives and went to war for what was right. Not for economical gain but because they knew it was the right thing to do. If you have a dilemma and you need someone as passionate as you are for your fight they are it. Believe there is justice in the world and call for a consult.

Did not look out for the best interest of me, my kids, or inform the court of events

I paid a premium to be represented and he never informed the court that I was rightfully owed child support money. He never informed me in a timely manner of court dates, insisted he needed to hold my hand in sale of property and use Realestate Agent he recommended. I had to pay for a court transcrip...t to find out he down played a court appearance - where he never informed the court that I, his client had been owed money, that I had been cooperating all along in the sale of the house. He made me sign a release of consent of his services which jeapordized my living in MY house with my daughters. We got evicted (I was the sole mortgage holder/ payee of property for 17 years) out of our him 3 wks time. I just paid consultation fee to legal counsel to find out to motions where to have been put in 1) related to the property and the 2) for outstanding child support, medical and college expenses. Every lawyer knows there were to motions to be put in. Not only did I not get represented correctly and paid a nice Premium for no defense - the residual is that a deadbeat dad/ X spouse profitted from the sale of house for the sum of 50% of profits and now walks away without having to pay the child support for his kids. If i want to go after the support I'll have to pay a 3 lawyer to defend me, pay money I don't have and make a deadbeat who never paid -continue to never be held accountable. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. I literally just had 2 attorneys confirm in disbelief that every attorney knows there were 2 motions that had to be put in.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
