Peter Samuel Liaskos

I was recommended to Peter when our sellers (who were crazy) from whom we purchased a condo refused to honor the sales contract. Instead of initiating a litigation, which would have been costly and time consuming, Peter wrote a strong letter and negotiated with their attorney for a favorable settlem...ent that will more than pay for our costs and inconvenience. We will buy something else and move into an extended stay situation for awhile, but the result was certainly the best result under the circumstances. Our case, no doubt, did not test Peter's capabilities, but he handled it calmly, efficiently and with empathy for our situation.
