Felicia Lebewohl Rosen

Felicia Lebewohl Rosen is an attorney practicing special education law.  She vigorously and passionately represents families of students with disabilites, assuring that their legal rights are protected in the school system. In addition, she is a certified school psychologist and as such understands how to interprete psychological and educational testing as well as testing conducted by other professionals such as occupational and physical therapists and speech pathologists.  

Felicia earned a BA in American Studies from Brandeis University, a law degree cum laude from New England School of Law and an Ed.M. degree from Columbia University Teachers College.  She was a Case and Note Editor of and published in the Law Review for New England School of Law. 

Felicia understands the process of advocating for students with disabilities not just based on her professional training and experiences as an attorney and school psychologist but also based on her personal experiences as a proud mother of two successful sons with ADHD on the autism spectrum. She served on the board of trustees of the Clearview School and is currently the chairperson of the advisory board of JCY-WCP.  She particpates in the Lawyer in the Classroom Program in New Rochelle and is an active volunteer in many local organizations. She is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, Westchester Women's Bar Association, New Rochelle Bar Association and the Council of Parents Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA).

Felicia has been a member in good standing of the New York State Bar since 1986.  She is admitted to practise law before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and all New York State and municipal courts.
