Biography
Yes, I too I filed for Bankruptcy in 1990 after a devastating year in the real estate business in NYC! My lawyer as great as he was, did not hold my hand and I had to figure out all of the "BS" on my own. I learned alot and started a new business in Financial Services in the week following my final hearing. One thing led to another and I found myself a First Year at St John's School of Law. I made a promise to myself to assist every single client in making this process easy and painless as possible. I do that by keeping my ciient one step ahead of the process and delivering any news and updates in a timely and understandable manner , whether its good news or bad !!
That being said, my success is reflected in my reviews herein and my acomplishments in the court room in winning favorable results in contested matters for my clients.
Outside of work , you can find me at a local NJ ball field or at a dance recital with my wife and kids. I have been know to handle myself quite well on the drums and guitar and played professionally when I was younger. I can be bribed with a good Cuban Cigar or a bottle of decent single malt scotch. Most importantly, I know what its like to face the challenges of bankruptcy, having been there. I understand your needs and I am approchable !!!
