Robert went above and beyond to ensure I reached a settled agreement between myself and the merchant. Robert was able to consolidate all the discrepancies I had encountered with the merchant and write a detailed letter. We were able to reach an agreement with the merchant and got something out of it–...this is my first time hiring a lawyer, glad to see that Robert was on my side and was able to listen. I hope I will not reach more encounters down the road where I would need to use a lawyer; however, I will definitely reach out to Robert.
