Hired Attorney

I was referred to Nathan Horowitz by a friend who highly recommended him. Since the beginning of my case he was very clear with regard to all of the steps that needed to be taken and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. For those that come to him very anxious about their financial si...tuation, he gives you the assurance and peace that your case will be handled well. He is very patient and kind and will answer any question that you may have at any time of the day. He is very dedicated, sincere and honest with his clients. Mr. Horowitz will make sure to guide you through the entire process until your case comes to a positive outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in trouble with debt and needs to file for bankruptcy. He has helped my family to get a fresh start and for that I am truly grateful.

Professional, Honest and Versed

I used Nathan Horowitz's service three separate times after a friend recommended him. The first time was in 2017 for a bankruptcy discharge. The second time was for the sale of my property in December 2020, and again in 2021 for the purchase of a new home. Throughout each transaction I felt comfort...ed, even through the bankruptcy proceeding, as he wasn't focused on how I got to filing bankruptcy. Instead, he was more forced on how best he could help. Furthermore, each time I found his fee to be very reasonable when compared to other lawyers I had spoken to in the past. Additionally, he is always quick to respond to my inquires and tries his best to ensure that I understood the process. I would highly recommend Nathan to family, friends and anyone who is looking for a professional, honest and versed attorney.

Helped us glide through the Chapter 13 process

Bankruptcy sounds like a terrifying process, but the right attorney makes a difference. From start to finish, Nathan was able to guide us through what would otherwise have been an overwhelming series of hurdles. Reading the nightmare stories from bankruptcy petitioners around the country had us more... than a bit nervous going in to the legal system. When our turn came, Nathan easily led us through the steps needed to not only make it out the other side intact, but actually wondering why we were so frightened when we started. There is no substitute for experience, compassion, and common sense. Nathan clearly brought all three to the table, and will be the first professional I recommend to anyone facing a bankruptcy.

Nathan Horowitz

We as a family hire Nathan Horowitz to help us through a multiple family home sale . This was an inherited property and ran risk of strong family connections getting unhinged. Nathan not only handled this with professional expertise but helped us navigate through the emotional part as well> Advising ...and recommending how we should move forward> Sale was a success and all family members were satisfied and no ties broken.
