When I walked into my hearing with Ms. Meruelo, the level of respect her presence and demeanor engendered was immediately apparent. She is refined and polished, highly prepared, meticulous, and articulate. She was unbelievably accessible to me throughout the entire time in which I worked with her. ...At my hearing, the room was filled with many, many people awaiting their name to be called. I had the opportunity to observe those other attorneys many of whom were clearly detached from their clients, a good many not even sitting with them. Subsequent to the phenomenal ease with which I was approved for the bankruptcy, I have found on about three or four occasions Ms. Meruelo to still be readily available to me when I needed time-sensitive information.
