I would suggest speaking to an imigration practitioner in your immediate area. generally so long as such a charge does not occur within ten years...

As to his age, he is charged as an adult in criminal court, as opposed to being under 16, and having been charged in family court.

Disorderly conduct is a violation, not a crime... and would not create a permanent criminal record. however, underage drinking is a misdemeanor...
