Theresa Catanese Iasiello

Theresa C. Iasiello is a graduate of Pace University School of Law. She was admitted to practice in the State of New York in January of 2001, and in the State of Connecticut in October of 2000. Prior to becoming a partner in the firm, she worked as a Paralegal for John R. Kibbe since 1986. Throughout her career she has handled in excess of a thousand real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers and people refinancing their properties, as well as inter-family transfer transactions and real estate transactions involved in estate planning.

Ms. Iasiello also has a solid background in estate planning, trust drafting, asset protection, advanced directives and working with the elderly. She has drafted numerous separation agreements, marital dissolution agreements, prenuptial agreements and has assisted clients in obtaining uncontested divorces.

Theresa C. Iasiello is a member of the New York State Bar Association, as well as a member of the Trusts & Estate Section, the Real Estate Section and the Elderlaw Section of the New York State Bar Association. She is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, and is a member and Secretary of the Yorktown Bar Association.
