The Dream Team!

My husband and I know nothing about purchasing a home so when the time came we had millions of questions. Dan and his team were nothing short of amazing. They took the time to review all information and explain each step of the process. The seller's lawyer tried having us sign several bizarre contrac...ts and every step of the way Dan continuously guided us against it as well as fight hard to make sure we were protected. Dan and his time are punctual and friendly and I plan to use them again in the future for all my legal needs.

Sale of long time home

Dan helped us out with the sale of our home for the past 28 years. He provided us with excellent, caring, and very conscientious service, and was always available to respond to any of our concerns and questions. One particular item that particularly impressed me was when he responded to a question ...I asked of him during a weekend. I wasn't expecting a response until that Monday, but within hours, Dan responded with the answers. Dan, as well as his courteous and equally caring staff, made sure I was informed about all important matters regarding the sale of my property, and made it as pain free as I ever could have hoped for. It went exceptionally well, and I credit Dan's knowledge and efforts from the contract to the numerous closing requirements for having made it so easy for us.
