I was charged with going 80 in a 65, which would have been my first-ever violation. I'm in my early twenties, and the car that I was driving wasn't mine--it was my mother-in-law's. Lee Shelton was quick, a good communicator (he tends to call over the phone but he'll also send follow-up emails if phones aren't your thing), helpful, and incredibly efficient.
