My husband was facing suspension of his license for failing to respond to a move over violation ticket under VTL 114...4-A(a). In addition to the suspension, the potential penalties for the move over ticket include 2 points on his New York driving record, and a $243 in fine. This ticket would have exposed him to a possible increase in his insurance premium.
