Lee Shelton is not only a tremendous lawyer, he is tremendously attentive, courteous and professional! He actually calls you back and gives you regular updates, a proper gentleman! My husband was facing suspension of his license for failing to respond to a move over violation ticket under VTL 114...4-A(a). In addition to the suspension, the potential penalties for the move over ticket include 2 points on his New York driving record, and a $243 in fine. This ticket would have exposed him to a possible increase in his insurance premium. Lee was able to get the ticket reduced to NO POINT parking violation, and also able to stop the suspension of my husband's license. I highly recommend Lee Shelton, during our short engagement I found him to be very professional, and responsive, with a reasonable fee.
