My son, a new driver, got into an accident (only damaging his car alone) but was slapped with fines and high points on i84. I have never used Avvo before let alone had the need to hire a lawyer, but I was in a jam and felt I had no choice. I received two tickets a Moved from Lane Unsafely & speeding over 55. I am a college student with not a lot of money and to make matters worse I attend school out of state. I kept putti...ng off my court date asking for extensions, Finally the court denied it and told me that they would suspend my license.
