Lee worked very diligently to have my ticket dismissed; no points, no fines! I was the victim of a disreputable used car salesman. I was told that the car was inspected but it wasn’t. I found that out when the police stopped me. Lee got to the bottom of this ; the charges would’ve cost me almost $400...! Very satisfied. He kept me in the loop during this pandemic!

I received a speeding ticket in March 2020 that potentially meant a heavy fine and 6 points on my license. Mr. Shelton fought on my behalf to reduce the ticket to a parking violation which meant no points and a reduced fine. I was very pleased with Lee's professionalism, his knowledge of the law and ...his availability to speak on the phone. Communication with Lee was easy and his fees very reasonable. I recommend Mr. Shelton whole-heartedly and without reservation.

I am writing this review to thank both the people who have used Mr. Shelton's services and Mr. Shelton himself. Often when you find yourself in a position to have to make a decision based solely on a reference it can be stressful. Luckily what the other reviewers wrote convinced me to go with Mr. She...lton. I had an infraction that would have tainted my flawless driving record and I had to make a decision on whether to try and fight this myself or put the investment in with a professional that is based locally with the court I was dealing with and who would do a lot better job than me defending my position. If you have the option to invest in your license then you must. One or two mistakes and you'll get slammed with higher costs in the long run. Not only was Mr. Shelton's fee reasonable, it beat his competitors by a large margin. In the end I was facing a 4 point ticket and he got it reduced with a fine and 0 points. It was worth the investment. I'm the type of driver that has a dash cam, My commute is long and I do not speed, I always wear a seat belt and I NEVER text and drive. I learned all my lessons younger and when it comes to life your driving license is as important as your credit rating. I don't believe it's a privilege to drive but an absolute necessity for most of us and anything that puts driving in jeopardy is just another obstacle to day to day life. My infraction was going 56 on a service road getting on 287. The service road is posted 40. It was literally my first time driving in the area, I truly did not see a mph posting and usually when I'm getting on a highway from a service road entrance I speed up to merge. Well on that day there was a cop in the street, standing with radar and pointing to many cars to pull over and receive their speeding ticket. It was obviously a spot where it seemed like it would produce many tickets that day. I was one of three cars before I was let go and the next batch was about to be pulled over. Did I do what the cop said, yes, absolutely. Was I speeding down a residential block recklessly no but regardless I needed a defense. I was in the wrong and was very grateful I chose Mr. Shelton for my defense. He saved me much more in the long run. I share the story in detail so if you are in a similar position as mine then you will have a clearer decision to make. Mr. Shelton knows the court houses, answers his own phone, answers his own emails and will work with you quickly and directly. It's a no brainer to give him a call.
