Peter Anthony Iannace

Peter Iannace has a wide array of experience in litigation, real estate, construction, advocacy before tribunals, and dispute resolution.  Peter’s practice includes representing clients in commercial transactions, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home, premises liability, risk management, and construction.  He represents clients in virtually all aspects of their needs.  He also advises clients on day-to-day operational matters, including internal structuring, transactions, employment, and consulting arrangements, specifically Risk Management. 

    Peter brings to his clients the combined benefits of experience (both legal and business) and a common sense approach to the law and business operations.  Peter also brings in-depth practical knowledge of multiple substantive disciplines that benefit the diverse needs of clients.  Further, he also consults and advises clients on minimizing risk and exposure in all aspects of building risk management.

    From 1999 through 2006, Peter worked as a litigation associate in a two nationwide law firms that specialized in nationwide product liability and nursing home defense, including asbestos, medical malpractice and general liability.  Since 2006, Peter served as the Vice President of Risk Management for one of the largest commercial property owners in New York City.  He was responsible for an insurance portfolio of $1 Billion and implemented cost saving procedures that resulted in significant savings to owner. 

    Peter represented his clients throughout the world.  Of specific note, he argued in front of the Russia Commercial Supreme Court assisting in sustaining an International Arbitration award of $37 million dollars.
