It’s nit a crime but you can get up to 6 months if a judge finds your failure to pay was “willful.” To avoid jail, pay at least some of what you owe

I don’t think there is anything you can do. It’s a private complex. The fact that the case was dismissed just means the allegations weren’t proven....

You might have bail set depending on the circumstances. Best bet is hire a lawyer to go with you when you turn yourself in
