I was applying for my green card.1) I personally pointed out that there was a problem in the application, his paralegal said not to worry about it. 2) He GUESSED an answer to a question that the USCIS asked without ever asking me. Answered it wrongly! 3) He doesn't give you his direct phone number to... contac him if you have a question. 4) He's always away from the office. 5) They charge insanely! I wasted 3 years and about 20K. Didn't get my documents.
