Their gatekeeper is sadistically awful to potential clients
Ms. Amoruso has an excellent reputation. However, Paula Cirelli, who answers the phone, is shockingly mean: she will grill you for details, then enjoy telling you off. She says Amoruso & Amoruso only handles financial & estate cases, never elder abuse.
