Robert Ian Goodman

I began my law practice in thre area of commercial litigation. I went out on my own in the late 1990's and have developed a practice focused on facilitating the goals of foreign investors and foreign companies. My current practice areas include commercial immigration, consular law, and corporate law. I am Special Counsel to Sharma & DeYoung LLP, an international firm, based in New York, New York and Girardi LLP, a firm based in Milan, Italy and New York, New York. I regularly consult with a number of other law firms on immigration matters. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association, and the Westchester Bar Association. I am a regular contributor of articles on immigration and commercial  law to the online business journal--Latin Business Today.
