Logan is a 12 year old boy whose father died of a drug overdose and whose mother was a recovering addict. The mother could not take care of Logan and he was detrimentally affected with his behavior and ... school work suffering. Representing other members of Logan's extended family in guardianship proceedings, I was able to have his grandmother who lived outside the United States take over his custody and he is now in a safe, caring and nurturing environment.
