When given items to review to see if legal action was warranted and after a few calls and a two week wait a call was made by him to me. He proceeded to tell me all the reasons why I didn't have a case and then asked a series of questions that were answered on the first page of my two page letter to h...im that he apparently didn't review! When I questioned him as to how he was able to determine that I had no legal remedy when he obviously had not reviewed any of the paperwork sent to him he became extremely condescending which I didn't appreciate. I also let him know that if he wasn't interested in my case they just say so but don't tell me that I have no course of action when you haven't a clue as to what you're talking about! Totally unprofessional. I contacted another lawyer and when I told him over the phone the same particulars he cited at least three items that I had legal recourse against the party I was looking to sue. He then told me to look for a particular piece of legal papers in the mountain of paperwork I had gathered over the years so I could save myself the cost of having him spending hours looking for. Like I said, 100% unprofessional. Avoid him like the plague!
