Richard S. Candee

I hired this office to represent me in a negligence. Three different attorneys worked on my case and not from the beginning. All of whom are no longer there. They all left within a year span. The only thing Mr. Candee did was prep me for a deposition then lost my case and it was dismissed. Not on...ly did he lose my case but had yet another attorney write a letter to me saying the case was dismissed.

I hired Mr. Candee for a divorce about three years ago. He prolonged the whole thing just so he could bill me for his time. I paid a retainer and paid every bill he sent me. He said I would be reimbursed my retainer which he never did he claims he used it for work he did. Which is interesting sin...ce originally there was a different attorney handling my case. There are still outstanding issues which have not been completed but I would rather no interaction with him at all.

Mr. Candee is a terrible attorney when I met with him he said he would be at all my Court appearances and would be doing all the work on my case. He never appeared at Court his associate appeared and did everything on my case. While she was very nice she was not so experienced I was very unhappy w...ith my representation.

I had the worst experience of my life with this office. The original lawyer was ridiculously incompetent and then she was suddenly gone. I had to call often to check on the status of my divorce and rarely got a response. The ordeal became way too complicated for such a simple divorce. It is fina...lly over after 4 years. This was a simple divorce with no children or home. I NEVER write reviews but I strongly suggest you don't use this office.
