We counsel clients on copyright matters and prepare and file copyright applications with the United States Copyright Office.

We handle U.S. and International trademark prosecutions, management of trademark portfolios, trademark infringement matters, trademark licensing, copyright registrations, and domain name disputes.

We counsel our clients on licensing their trademark rights and we prepare Trademark Licensing Agreements and Trademark Assignments.
