Christopher Xavier Maher

Chris Maher is an excellent lawyer. I had needed a case won before and he helped me through. And he won the case. And, in this recent case, since, I had a serious injury, and needed to sue the management company of the condo where the work was done, where I fell. He won the case, wi...th a substantial profit to myself. And, also, throughout the case he found out pertinent information by rigorous research. As, of their lack of safety measures in who the management co. hired. Throughout the case he was always friendly, thorough, and professional. I'd hire him again, or refer him to a friend.

When I got into some trouble last year, the first person I thought to call was Christopher X Maher. Growing up in Carmel and the surrounding areas there are few names you familiarize yourself with, and Mr. Maher is one of them. The amount of times I've heard or seen his name makes it hard to not thin...k of it when you need a good attorney. Chris has been part of the community long enough where just about everyone knows who he is in some sort of way. That is a very important part of his representation, because all the people you will inevitably come to interact with at the judicial level, are on a first name basis with Chris. So when it comes time to plead your case and strike a deal, He is the person I'd want on my side. So I'm in trouble, I find Chris' number and call him to schedule an appointment. He was able to meet me the same day to discuss what my next move would be. Chris is a no BS kind of Attorney, which is just the type of Attorney you want to have telling you what sort of trouble you're in and how he's going to try and keep you out of it. He is honest and fair, and very knowledgeable of the justice system. His rates are fair, and he's genuinely a good person who tries to do right by those who have done wrong. The whole process was very easy and he kept me informed of everything I needed to do. If I was ever in trouble again I would not hesitate one moment to have Christopher X Maher represent me.

This is the third time I have used Chris. The most recent case was a charge of harassment against me, and 2 others were for defense of two my sons. In each case, he got the charges resolved with a dismissal, with all charges dropped. He gives a price upfront and he sticks to it. He never asked for mo...re money after the case was resolved.

For almost 10 yrs, I have hired Mr.Maher to handle various types of cases for myself and others. Not only was he timely and professional, he handled things with caring and understanding. I have always been able to count on him for legal matters as well as legal advice. My experience with Mr.Maher has... been very welcoming. His office is very inviting and staff was very pleasant and welcoming upon walking in the door. He handles every case with love and care for the client. Mr.Maher is a stand up guy, inside and outside of the office. I would personally recommend him to anyone in need of legal council. To touch base on him also being a legal aid lawyer, I had him as a legal aid lawyer as well as hiring him and all the same, he continued to maintain that happy, caring, dilligent manner as if you’d retained him. I will continue to retain Mr.Maher for my every legal service need. He is for the people. I’ve seen a few clients give bad reviews saying he is all about the money. Definetly not the case at all. This is his profession, of course he will take your money! Lol. I have never experienced any type of unprofessional behavior from Me.Maher or his employees.
