Did everything for this family owned business from A to Z: Formed the LLC, obtained tax ID number, drafted the LLC operating agreement and was involved in some of the business planning (wills, buy ... sell agreements, trust agreements etc.). Reviewed commercial loan documents. Negotiated and drafted complex commercial property purchase agreements. After the formation of the business we worked on drafting a solid commercial lease agreement and worked over various versions of the lease through 12 different commercial tenants, all small businesses. Represented this company in a few potential landlord tenant disputes i.e. non-payment proceedings, but in the end successfully worked to settle cases in an efficient and sensible manner.

In a broker contract disputes I negotiated 80% of the total claim through some aggressive litigation strategies. Client was entitled to a $150,000 fee. There were some issues of fact that made it chall ... enging to enforce the contract, but through some very persistent litigation practices we were able to settle for an extremely favorable amount.
