I regularly represent business owners—particularly in the retail and convenience sector—in matters involving lease disputes, nonpayment and holdover proceedings, and high-stakes negotiations with landlords. I also handle regulatory enforcement actions before agencies such as New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, including license issues, civil penalties, and administrative hearings.

My work extends to complex tax controversies, where I advocate for clients in audits, conciliation conferences, and settlement negotiations, often involving substantial assessments and enforcement actions. I also advise clients on business structuring, asset protection strategies, and transactional matters, ensuring their operations are both compliant and strategically positioned.

In addition, I represent clients in civil litigation and Article 78 proceedings, challenging agency determinations that are arbitrary, capricious, or issued without proper due process.
