Casey was able (again) to obtain a shockingly reasonable outcome in traffic court for me. A speeding ticket (with attendant points and costs) was reduced to 'littering.' I had to re-read the result in order to believe it. I should add that he gives you a sense of confidence that you will be treate...d well and he has you in mind at all times.

I met Casey at a BMWCCA event where he spoke about the benefits of not immediately pleading guilty without talking to him first. I filed his talk in the back of my mind, hoping to never need his services. Well, I got caught at a high rate of speed facing a hefty fine a 8 points. Called Casey and he... handled everything and I got a reduced fine in a none speed category and 2 points. His fee easily covered my original fine. Like I said, call Casey first.

Came across Casey via his article in Car and Driver a few years back--very glad I did. Last winter I was nabbed in Westchester for 21 over (conveniently putting me 1 mph into the next bracket of fines/penalties). Facing 6 points on my license, and with many insurance policies for my business riding o...n my driving record, I decided to lawyer up. Casey's fee was hundreds less than many other area speed lawyers, and he was by far the easiest to get ahold of/chat with. His knowledge of the local courts paid off in a big way, as the town stumbled over his request for a supporting deposition and ended up throwing the entire case out. Hoping to not need his services again for awhile, but next time I get pulled over he'll be first to know!
