Once you have been served the only way to move is through the courts. Get an attorney in the county in which the case is pending.

You can check with the judge's clerk - but finding someone who is covering for your attorney is the best way.

If he wants a divorce anyway it's likely he'll get one. If neither of you does it's possible that the case could be withdrawn or dismissed.
