Retained divorce attorney over year ago. He said he filed the divorce,I called the court and found out he didn't. What now?

You do three things: 1) you file a complaint with the grievance committee; 2) you file a fee dispute; 3) you hire a new attorney.

You can file for divorce in the country in which you now live.
Can you send a cease & desist letter to someone for harassment and make it seem like a lawyer is sending it? No arrest yet!

It's not criminal impersonation. But if they do find a charge, you should retain a criminal defense attorney ASAP.
