Without knowing the status of your case it's impossible to advise anything more than that you should get a new attorney ASAP.

Yes. If your marriage is valid under the law of the state in which you got married, you're legally married.

You can do anything you want - but consult a local attorney on the practice in the court in which your case is filed.

An agreement is a contract. It can be changed most easily by negotiation. If you need to change attorneys - do it.
