That depends upon what it is that you're trying to do. Taking forms to a clerk may get you a judgment of divorce - if you take the right forms...

Court fees are $360-$435 depending upon what gets filed and how. So a $99 claim is a come-on. And filling out forms is not the same as considering...

I am looking to obtain an uncontested divorce. We have lived apart for 15 years. I am extremely capable of filing out paperwork.
