They are responsive and there’s always someone who can answer a question on a transaction. I had 2 Closings with him today! I’ve seen him action with more than a fe...w difficult situations. He’s amazing at diffusing escalating anger! Totally, 100% would recommend him!

I was both selling and purchasing a home and my real estate broker recommended Mr. Shilling. I would highly recommend using them, they provided excellent representation, helped to make the experience seamless, and most importantly the whole team was pleasant, knowledgeable and very responsive. They h...andled everything quickly and professionally. I could not have been happier.

Recently used Mr. Shilling as seller's attorney on a very simple home sale. Many of my calls went unreturned for days, forcing me to call again only to leave yet another message that went unreturned. Mr. Shilling was not informed as to some local rules about who pays for what, I had to call the town... myself and correct him. He was not at all proactive in dealing with the buyer's attorney. He allowed days to go by waiting for them to call him back instead of calling or emailing them again proactively. All in all I did not feel well represented or that he was in my corner in the transaction.

So very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism from this group. They are always responsive and helpful. Bill helped us coordinate the sale of our home so we could then purchase a new home and negotiated a 1 week rent back so we hadn’t time to move out. So pleased I recommended him to my daugh...ter and they represented her on her 1st home purchase. Doesn’t get better than Bill Shilling & his team!
