Pamela B. Richardson

I am a general practitioner with a broad range of experience.  I have extensive experience in real estate, land use and zoning and general municipal matters including applications before planning, zoning and town boards, SEQRA/environmental review, Article 78 proceedings, zoning enforcement, tax grievances/tax certiorari and vehicle and traffic violations.  I handle family court matters, prepare wills and estate plans and handle uncontested matrimonial cases.  I have presented seminars on topics such as the Open Meetings Law, the State Environmental Quality Review Act and zoning related matters.  I graduated law school in 1998 and began working at a large New York City law firm. After relocating from New York City in 2004 I began representing individuals, corporate clients and municipalities throughout the Hudson Valley.
