Keith R. Murphy

I had originally found Keith on the internet for a good friend of mine 2 years ago. He was able to lower her DWI to a DWAI. Unfortunately, 2 years later I found myself in a similar situation except my case was much more difficult because it was a refusal ( it’s extremely difficult to get a refusal lo...wered from a DWI to a DWAI in Westchester County). I am an upstanding citizen and I’ve never broken the law with the exception of a parking or speeding violating as a teen. In February of 2017, I decided to drive home after having a few drinks with the guys. A deer ran in front of my car and caused me to have to swerve off the road. My car was comple...tely totaled and I caused property damage to someone’s home. I’m lucky to be alive. I was arrested at the scene and charged with a DWI. My wife and I called several lawyers who wanted thousands and thousands of dollars to take my case. Although they had proven track records, we couldn't imagine spending $10,000 or more for a lawyer.
