Daniel E. Holloway

I am the founder of DEH Law, PLLC, a solo practice dedicated to plaintiff-side litigation. Licensed in Georgia and South Dakota, I focus on medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, personal injury, and appellate work. My practice is built on careful preparation, clear writing, and client-focused advocacy. I handle every case personally, from intake through trial or appeal, so clients always work directly with their lawyer — not with layers of staff.

Before starting my own practice, I gained broad trial and appellate experience, including work on complex, high-stakes cases. Today, I use that background to help individuals and families stand up to hospitals, insurers, and other powerful defendants. I also provide co-counsel support to other lawyers on appellate matters and major trial court briefing.

Outside of the courtroom, I write extensively on litigation strategy and procedural issues, and I publish commentary to help other plaintiff lawyers strengthen their practice.
